Everyone should be able to use this website comfortably — including on a difficult day.

Our commitment
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. It was designed for the person browsing on a phone, late at night, when energy is low.
What has been done
- Text/background colour combinations checked against AA contrast requirements
- Text resizes to 200% and the layout reflows down to 320px-wide screens without loss of content
- All interactive targets are at least 24×24px, with primary buttons at 44–48px
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators, and a "skip to content" link
- Meaningful alternative text on all informative images
- Animations are subtle and are disabled entirely when your device requests reduced motion
- No autoplaying media, no pop-ups, no flashing content
- Plain English throughout
The in-person space
The therapy rooms near Ash have on-site parking, accessible facilities and full disabled access.
